J. Russell Weinberg

Mr. Weinberg is a Founder and Managing Director of ECS. Mr. Weinberg has over 18 years of investment banking experience with major investment banking firms including RBC Dain Rauscher Wessels and Thomson McKinnon. He has focused most of his
career in covering primarily exploration and production companies as well as other energy-related companies. Mr. Weinberg has worked on a wide variety of transactions including over 41 M&A transactions with over $2.8 billion of transaction
value, 25 public equity financings of over $2.0 billion, 32 public & private debt financings of over $1.9 billion and 56 private placements of over $1.4 billion, along with various strategic advisory assignments. Mr. Weinberg received his B.B.A.
from the University of Texas at Austin and his M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University.

Scott S. Trulock
Director
Mr. Trulock is a Director of ECS. Prior to joining ECS in 2003, Mr. Trulock was an Associate with Deutsche Bank Securities in the Energy, Power, and Chemicals Group. Prior to joining Deutsche Bank, Mr. Trulock was an engineering consultant with
Berwanger, Inc. where he focused on refineries, petrochemical plants, and midstream processing. Mr. Trulock has worked on a wide variety of transactions including over 22 M&A transactions with over $2.5 billion of transaction value, 27 public &
private debt financings of over $1.3 billion and 47 private placements of over $1.3 billion. Mr. Trulock received his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and his M.B.A. from Rice University.

David M. Malkowski
Associate
Prior to joining ECS, Mr. Malkowski was an Associate with Credit Suisse in the Global Energy Group both in New York and in Houston. Mr. Malkowski has worked on deal teams which executed both buy-side and sell-side M&A, initial public offerings,
secondary equity offerings, high-yield debt underwritings, term loan financings, and restructurings. Mr. Malkowski received his B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Texas, McCombs School of Business and his M.B.A. from the University of
Chicago, Booth School of Business.
